| 摘 要： | 根据耳机支架塑件的结构特点,介绍了其模具的设计过程.采用点浇口形式,提高了产品的表面质量;采用斜滑块内、外侧向抽芯及斜顶块结构不但使模具布局合理,而且解决了难出模的问题.最后,还详细说明了其模具的工作过程.

| Abstract: | According to the structural characteristics of earphone bracket, the design process of its mold is introduced, By using pin-point gate, appearance quality of the product is improved ; by using inner and outer side-core slides and angled-lift structures, the layout of the mold is made reasonably and the difficulty of demoulding is solved. Finally, The work process of the mold is elaborated |
