| 摘 要： | 利用FSC系统的基本结构特点、硬件组成、工作原理、通讯设置和通讯机理,将丙烯腈装置全部联锁系统和机组的报警联锁系统整合到一套FSC系统中,实现了对丙烯腈装置的在线远程监控和第一联锁点的SOE查找,为生产维护和安全稳定运行提供了有力保障。

| Abstract: | Utilized the basic structure characteristics,hardware configuration,working principle,as well as communication setup and mechanisms of FSC system,to integrate all the interlock system and compressor bundle alarming interlock system of acrylonitrile plant into a set of FSC system,which realized on-line remote monitoring of the plant and SOE searching of the first interlock point,providing powerful guarantee for production maintenance and safe operation. |
