合金元素对Al-Cu系减摩合金性能的影响

摘    要:本文采用正交试验及单因素的试验方法,研究各添加元素对Al-Cu系减摩铝合金机械性能、摩擦磨损性能和金相组织的影响。结果表明,加入适当的合金元素,通过各元素的复合作用,可使合金获得良好的综合性能,满足了减摩合金的要求。

Abstract:By orthogonal test and simple element experiments one by one, investigates the effect on mechanical, frictional and wear properties and metallographic structure of antifrictional aluminium copper alloy. While copper content is higher, the alloy strength raises, plasticity decreases and antifriction deteriorates. Silicon improves antifriction and hardness of the alloy.A little content of lead less influences the alloy's mechanic property but more improves on its anti friction. Based on proper content and compound affect of the alloy elements, the alloy possesses better comprehensive property for antifriction.
