摘    要:针对油田含油污水性质复杂,难以控制以及膜污染无法清洗的问题,分析了陶瓷膜过滤油田含油污水时膜污染的产生原因及污染物的特性,在此基础上,研究了陶瓷膜的清洗剂和清洗工艺,以表面活性剂、螯合剂及烧碱为主的复合碱清洗剂在油田含油污水的膜过滤试验中取得了较好的清洗效果,反向脉冲清洗等清洗工艺的采用进一步增强了清洗效果,清洗效果稳定,并消除了膜污染累积,较好地解决了膜清洗问题。

Abstract:The factors causing the contamination of the ceramic membrane in the filtering of oilfield produced water are discussed, and the characteristics of the pollutent are analyzed. The cleaning agent of the ceramic membrane and relevant cleaning technology are investigated. A compound agent comprised mainly of tenside, chelating agent and caustic soda has good effect in the test of membrane filtering of oily water. And application of reverse pulse cleaning technology improves further the cleaning effect. The accumulation of pollutent is eliminated and the problem of membrane contamination is solved successfully.
