我国低碳经济发展状况与能源发展策略

随着经济社会发展与资源环境矛盾的不断深化,低碳经济发展模式开始被人们所接受和推崇,能源的科学发展和合理利用成为低碳经济的主旋律。本文根据低碳经济的内涵,从能源的消耗、排放和环境污染三个方面,分析了我国发展低碳经济的历史基础,并从国际比较的视角,分析了我国在低碳经济发展方面的差距,最后提出了适应低碳经济的能源发展策略。
