非圆二次曲线数控宏程序的编制与应用

摘    要:目前多数中高档数控系统都为使用者提供了宏程序的功能,恰当地使用该功能,可极大提高编程效率。利用宏程序可很方便地编制出二次曲线的加工程序,对于相同形状、不同尺寸的零件,只要在调用宏程序时利用变量赋予不同的数值即可。通过对现有数控系统宏程序功能的深入研究,设计了一套统一模板,利用非圆二次曲线的公式,将轮廓曲线转换成数控车床能够实现的密集拟合的坐标点,可使用户简化和统一非圆二次曲线在数控车床上编制的复杂程度。

Abstract:At present,most of mid and high-grade NC systems have provided macro program function for users.To use this function properly,we can greatly improve the programming efficiency.It can be easily compiled the processing procedure of the conic by using macros.For the parts of same shape and different size,you can use different variables value when the program called a macro program.After in-depth research to the program function of macro on NC system of existing,I designed a set of fixed template what transform the contour curve into the interpolation coordinates of CNC lathe can realize intensive fit curve by using uniform non-circular quadratic curves,then the users can be simplified and unified non-circular quadratic curves in the compilation of CNC lathe complexities.
