无磁钢20Mn23AlV冶炼和连铸生产实践

摘    要:通过对20Mn23AlV冶炼和连铸技术的研究与开发,结合工业化生产实践,解决了该钢在冶炼和连铸生产中出现的一些问题,成功生产出无纵裂且合格的连铸坯,铸坯和热轧板质量不低于模注钢,连铸坯综合成材率可达到86.3%,比钢锭成材率提高18%。经过生产实践提出:解决20Mn23AlV纵裂问题,需在提高结晶器保护渣性能上做更深入的研究。

Abstract:By researching and developing the technique of smelting and continuous casting about 20Mn23AlV steel,some problems during the production were solved,the perfect slabs without longitudinal cracks were produced.The quality of continuous casting slabs was the same as the quality of ingots.Otherwise,the yield of continuous casting slabs was up to 86.3% and 18% higher than the yield of ingots.It was proposed that,to solve the longitudinal cracks about 20Mn23AlV steel,the performance of mold power should be improved.
