基于C#控制的NI板卡在振动试验台中的应用

摘    要:NI板卡可用于车辆振动试验台的数据采集和处理,C#语言可用于定制用户接口界面,在C#下调用NI接口的方法却甚少有人提及,这里介绍了两种在C#平台下控制NI USB-6363板卡,调用接口函数完成数据采集功能的流程,最后给出在C#下完成基本数据采集和故障监测功能的实例,与通过基于LabVIEW的故障监测系统得到的实验数据进行对比,验证了C#数据采集程序的精确性,为C#下实现数据采集提供了创新的思路.

Abstract:NI-DAQ can be applied to data acquisition and C# can be used to create custom UI,the key to combine them together is to realize communications between them.A method is provided for a NI DAQ to control a vehicle vibration test rig in C# environment,two ways are mainly offered to manipulate NI USB-6363 DAQ to get data from physical model,and a GUI program which is also built in C# is given to perform certain tasks including data acquisition and failure monitoring.Compared with results gained from LabVIEW software,the accuracy and efficiency of C# program is proved,thus,creative ideas is also provided to realize data acquisition.
