薄壁钢管混凝土短柱轴压力学性能试验研究

摘    要:通过 2 6根圆形、方形和八边形薄壁钢管混凝土短柱的轴压试验 ,研究了不同截面形状、宽 (径 )厚比、混凝土强度等级、含钢率等参数对薄壁钢管混凝土短柱轴压力学性能的影响。试验表明 ,由于有内填混凝土的支撑作用 ,钢管壁的局部屈曲和屈曲后的性能有很大提高 ,与常规壁厚的钢管混凝土短柱的轴压破坏模式相比也有较大的变化。通过试验数据的回归分析 ,提出了薄壁钢管混凝土短柱极限轴心抗压承载力的实用计算公式 ,探讨了短柱的截面形状、宽厚比、混凝土强度等级、含钢率等因素对其受力性能的影响

Abstract:Twenty six stud-columns of concrete-filled thin-walled steel tube(CFTST) with circular,square or octagon cross-sections are tested under axial compression loads.The influences of cross-section,width(diameter)-to-thickness ratio,strength grade of concrete,ratio of steel on the static mechanics behavior of CFTST are investigated.The results show that the local buckling and post buckling behaviors of the steel tube are increased by the support of concrete,and the failure mode of CFTST is obviously different from that of the CFST.Based on the regression analysis,the practical formulas of the ultimate compressive strength of CFTST are derived.The influences of the parameters on the static mechanics behaviors of CFTST are also discussed.
