摘    要:遗传算法在进化过程中易出现早熟收敛、不能保证种群多样性的现象。鉴于免疫算法适用于多峰值寻优,文章在标准遗传算法中引入免疫机制,提出了一种自适应免疫遗传算法。变异率自适应和种群大小自适应提高了算法全局寻优的稳定性,个体浓度的使用改进了种群的多样性,引入二次应答机制和精英库提高了收敛速度。试验表明,该算法收敛速度快、稳定性好,并保证了种群多样性。

Abstract:To avoid premature and guarantee the diversity of the population,an Adaptive Immune-Genetic Algorithm(AIGA) is proposed to solve these problems.Rapid immune response(secondary response),adaptive mutation and concen-tration operators in the AIGA are emphatically designed to improve the searching ability,greatly increase the converging speed,avoid locating the local maximum due to the premature convergence.The simulation results show that AIGA converged rapidly,guaranteed the diversity,stability and good performance.
