摘    要:参考ASTM C1012-04测试方法研究硫酸盐溶液浸泡后几种胶凝材料体系砂浆试件的线长度变化,探讨水泥砂浆受硫酸盐侵蚀后的体积膨胀规律;采用XRD分析,揭示其侵蚀机理.试验结果表明,所采用的掺合料及掺加方式配制的水泥砂浆在硫酸盐溶液侵蚀下,出现其线长度不断增长的现象,砂浆试件内部膨胀性产物-钙矾石和石膏形成,但未掺加任何掺合料的砂浆的线长度在21周内变化相对较小.

Abstract:This research use the ASTM C1012-04 to test the string length change of four related kinds of cementing material systems in sulfate solution;and obtained the volume expanding rules of these four cementing material systems after been corrupted by the sulfate environment.The corrupt mechanism is investigated by XRD analysis.The result shows that: the admixture and the adoptive method cannot confect the sulfate solution counteracted,and the string length increased steadily,some ettringite and gypsum were detected in the samples by XRD.It is funny that the control sample shows the lowest string longth increasement.
