煤泥水的絮凝沉降试验研究

摘    要:针对选煤厂煤泥水难以处理的问题,通过对几个选煤厂煤泥水的絮凝沉降试验,研究了搅拌速度、PAM的用量、PAM的分子量、煤泥水的浓度及表面ζ电位对沉降效果的影响.结果表明:当煤泥水浓度不超过80 g/L时,按照PAM与干煤泥质量比为1∶10000加入PAM,进行搅拌速度为300-400 r/min的搅拌实验效果最好,并结合降低ζ电位的实验进一步探讨了煤泥絮凝机理.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of coal slurry treatment in coal separation plants,the affects of sedimentation are studied about stir intensity,flocculant quantity,PAM molecular weight,coal slurry concentration and ζ potential to subsidence effect by flocculation and sedimentation test of coal slurry from several coal separation plants.The result shows that,under the condition that the concentration of coal slurry is 80 g/L,the proportion of PAM and dry coal slurry is 1∶10 000,the speed of the stirrer is 300~400 r/min,the tests reach the best effect.And the mechanism of coal slurry flocculation is also discussed.
