杜仲茶饮料的研制

摘    要:用杜仲叶及绿茶为原料生产杜仲茶饮料.以黄酮类化合物含量为指标确定杜仲汁的提取工艺,通过正交实验得到杜仲茶饮料的最佳工艺条件.该饮料充分利用当地资源,丰富了饮料市场.

Abstract:Eucommia ulmoides leaf and green tea were used as the raw materials to develop a beverage. With the concentration of flavonoids as the index,the technology of extracting Eucommia ulmoides leaf was determined,and by orthogonal experiments, the optimal processing conditions for the beverage were found out. The launching of the beverage helps to make full use of local natural resources and add new beverages to the market.
