潜油电泵在出砂油井中的破坏形式及防砂技术

摘    要:潜油电泵在出砂油井中运行时,常常因磨损严重造成离心泵损坏,致使离心泵的工作寿命较短。通过对出砂油井中电泵机组的解剖分析,认为砂粒对离心泵的磨损是造成机组破坏的主要原因。文中描述和分析了磨损对潜油电泵机组的破坏特征,并根据油井的先期防砂和出砂情况,对潜油电泵的防砂技术进行初步研究。

Abstract:When ESP running in sand wells, there is often pump damage because of abrasion, which can result in short running life. After teardown and analysis of ESP running in sand wells, we found that the abrasion of the sand is the main reason of ESP damage. The damage feature of abrasion models are described and analyzed in this paper, and based on sand production and proof, the ESP sand proof technique is studied to reduce abrasion and extend ESP running life.
