F-T合成铁催化剂羰基硫中毒行为的研究

摘    要:在获得F-T合成本征动力学模型的基础上,对F-T合成Fe-Cu-K业催化剂COS中毒本征失活动力学进行了研究。所考察条件为:合成气中COS浓度分别为51、129和245ppm,空速为1800~2000hˉ1,温度为504~556K,压力为2.3lMPa,催化剂粒度为0.154~0.180mm。中毒过程催化活性模型值与实验值符合较好,且催化剂在合成气中低硫浓度时其失活速率快。并用XRD和TEM考察了催化剂表面硫的形貌。

Study of poisoning behavior of Fe-Cu-K catalyst by COS in Fischer-Topsch synthesis
Abstract:ased on the intrinsic kinetics model for F-T synthesis,kinetics for the deactivation of Fe-Cu-K commercial catalyst in Fischer-Topsch synthesis was studied.The investigation was carried out tinder the following conditions: COS concentrations in syngds, 51,129,and 245 ppm respectively; space velocity, 1800-2000 h-1; temperature, 504-556K; pressure, 2.31 MPa; particle size of catalyst, 0.154-0.180mm. The catalytic activity model data in the posisoning course were in better keeping with the experimental data. The deactivation rate of te catalyst was more rapid at lower concentrations of sulphur in syngas. The appearances and shapes of sulphur on the catalyst surface were determined by XRD and TEM methods.
