摘    要:应用UG软件建立了某新型大功率采煤机截割部及其调高机构的三维实体装配模型,并对其运动学特性进行了分析。分析结果表明:所研究的采煤机截割部各构件之间没有干涉发生、各机构运动平稳,截割部传动系统具有良好的运动学性能,验证了该采煤机截割部设计的合理性。分析结果可以指导修改零件的结构设计,为下一步动力学仿真分析奠定基础。

Abstract:The three-dimensional solid assembly model of a certain new type of high-power shearer cutting unit and height-regulating mechanism were established based on UG,and an analysis of its kinematic properties was studied using the Simulation module of UG.The results show that no interference occurs among the various components and all mechanisms move smoothly and steadily,the cutting unit operates with ideal kinematic characteristics.It is demonstrated that the shearer cutting unit is designed reasonably.The results can be taken as the guideline for future design or modification,and provide foundation for subsequent dynamic analysis.
