克霉唑联合定君生治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效观察

目的探讨克霉唑联合定君生与单纯克霉唑治疗霉菌性阴道炎的疗效分析。方法 2011年1月至2012年1月共收治霉菌性阴道病305例,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别为克霉唑联合定君生局部置入阴道深部后穹窿及单纯克霉唑局部置入阴道深部后穹窿治疗。结果根据两组疗效判定标准,观察组痊愈138例(89.0%),有效13例(8.6%),无效4例(2.6%),总有效率(97.4%),均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论克霉唑联合定君生能有效地治疗霉菌性阴道炎。

Effect of Clotrimazole Combined with Living Preparation of LactobaciUus on Fungal Vaginitis

Objective To investigate the effect of clotrimazole combined with Living Preparation of Lactobacillus on fungal vaginitis. Methods From January 2011 to January 2012, 305 patients with fungal vaginitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with clotrimazole locally placed into posterior vaginal fornix. The observer group was treated with clotrimazole combined with Living Preparation of Lactobacillus locally placed into posterior vaginal fornix. Results According to the criteria of efficacy, 138 cases（89.03 %） in observer group showed recovery, 13 cases（8.61%） showed effective, 4 cases（2.58 %） showed invalid, and the total effective rate in the observer group was 97.42 %, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Clotrimazole combined with Living Preparation of Lactobacillus can be effective in the treatment of fungal vaginitis.
