| 摘 要： | 目的评价与分析朱砂用于儿科的安全性和必要性。方法汇总研究近年儿科临床应用朱砂中毒的报道及朱砂在中药配伍的必要性,评价并分析朱砂在儿科的应用。结果与结论朱砂在儿科临床应用中有较多的安全隐患,应再评价含朱砂儿科制剂的安全性和有效性,考虑去掉朱砂,或寻找朱砂的代用品,以保障儿童用药的安全。

| Abstract: | objective To evaluate and analyze the safety and necessity of cinnabar in pediatric application. Methods Through gathering the poisoning reports of cinnabar in pediatric application in recent years and the necessity of cinnabar in compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine, the application of cinnabar in pediatrics was evaluated and analyzed. Results and Conclusion There are a lot of potential safety hazard in pediatric clinical application of cinnabar, so we should re-evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the pediatric preparations containing cinnabar, and consider the removing or replacing of cinnabar in order to ensure children＇s safety. |
