摘    要:总结了薏仁中油类、糖类、蛋白质、矿物质等成分的研究成果,概述了薏仁在医药、化妆品行业及食品加工、保健食品领域的应用。

Abstract:The research development of oil, carbohydrate, protein and minerals in coix seed was summarized.Furthermore, application of coix seed in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry and food processing and health food was also reviewed.
