| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国低档纸胎油毡仍占防水材料市场较大份额的现状，提出了大力发展适合 国 中高档防水材料的建议。同时，从防水定额、政策法规、推广和市场管理等几个方面阐述了我国中高档建筑防水材料发展迟缓的原因；从提高防水定额、严格执法、整顿市场和推行防水工程贫项工程承包制等几个方面提出了大力 我国中高档建筑防水 对策。

| Abstract: | In the light of the current situation that paper linoleum still holds a large share in the waterproof material market,a proposal is presented to vigorously develop middle and high grade waterproof materials in China which are suitable to the national conditions, and the causes for slow growth of middle and high grade waterproof materials are elaborated in several aspects including waterproof quota, policy and regulations, propagandization and popularization and market management Some measures to develop the waterproof material market are put forward,such that increasing water proof quota, strictly enforcing the related law, rectifying the market and pursuing waterproof work and subcontracting waterproof engineering |
