改性Y分子筛催化合成N-羟乙基吡咯烷酮

摘    要:以改性Y分子筛为催化剂,γ-丁内酯和乙醇胺为原料,采用γ-丁内酯法两步合成N-羟乙基吡咯烷酮(NHP)。考察了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比以及催化剂组成等对反应中间体N-羟乙基-4-羟基-丁酰胺催化脱水反应的影响,同时对产物及其中间体进行了表征。实验结果表明,以HY分子筛为催化剂,在反应温度185℃、反应时间12 h、n(乙醇胺)/n(γ-丁内酯)=1/1的条件下,NHP的选择性和收率分别达到96.5%和88.2%。

Abstract:N-hydroxyethylpyrrolidone(NHP)was synthesized from γ - butyrolactone and ethanolamine on Y molecular sieve catalyst by two steps. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, ethanolamine/γ -butyrolactone mole ratio and catalyst composition on dehydration of intermediate N- hydroxyethyl - 4- hydroxy butyramide(NHHB)were studied. NHP and NHHB produced were identified by means of IR and DSC using HY molecular sieves as catalyst,when reaction time was 12 h,reaction temperature was 185 ℃ and ethanolamine/γ-butyrolactone mole ratio was 1/1 selectivity and yield of NHP were up to 96.5%and 88.2%respectively.
