超临界机组反渗透装置故障诊断

摘    要:反渗透装置在水处理领域得到了应用,但其产水量和脱盐率两项基本性能参数的经常不达标造成装置运行故障,为解决这一问题通过对超临界机组反渗透装置运行参数水流量、水含盐量、系统压差等数据进行分析和现场调查,然后进行标准化计算,可以尽早、有效的发现反渗透系统运行过程中存在的问题。并及时的得到检修的处理。这种方法不仅简单,而且还能及进发现行过程中存在的问题,对于电厂的经济安全运行具有现实意义。

Abstract:The reverse osmosis(RO) device has been widely applied in water treatment. But its water yield and destination hasn t reached the standards which caused operation fault. In order to solve this problem occurred in supercritical generator unit,investigation was conducted then the results were analyzed including flow rate,salt content,press difference .This method not only conducted easily but also is feasible in operation.
