| 摘 要： | 介绍了由Ｓ５－１５５Ｕ型可编程控制器（ＰＬＣ）为核心控制的洗衣粉前配料计算机系统的工作原理，硬件构成及控制功能的软件实现。系统由ＣＯＲＯＳ操作站实现监控，由ＰＬＣ实现系统的称料、放料邓控制等功能要求；较为系统地给出了整个系统的结构框图、硬件设计，并就系统所需的料位超限报警、称量系统误差自动补偿、配料顺序控制及信号处理等主要功能给出了基本设计方法或实现流程框图，该系统经过实际生产运行，达到所要求的功

| Abstract: | The working principle, hardware architecture and control function soft design of S5-155U PLC by using the on washing-clothing powder pre-burden automatic system has been introduced. The systemic supervisor and control are operated by COROS, and the systemic burden sequence control function is operated by the PLC.The system's architecture block diagram and design of hardware is systematically given, some basic design methods or flow-charts for some main functions of system: level over- alarm,burden sequence control,analogy signal disposal etc are provided.This system is passed by practical production for its function and capability index. |
