| 摘 要： | 介绍了江苏省睢宁县电网使用的GW4-110型隔离开关在运行、维护中存在的问题,并对这些问题进行了分析,指出造成检修隔离开关需要时间长而又检修不彻底的主要原因是没有合适的专用工具,拆装困难。针对这些问题,给出专用工具的改进和研制过程,经改进提高了工作效率,增加了经济效益。

| Abstract: | Problems which existed in operation and maintenance of the GW4-110 type isolating switches used in Jiangsu Suining Power Supply Company were introduced and analyzed in the paper.The main reasons of the long time inspection of isolating switches and the incomplete inspection were the lack of suitable special tools as well as the disassembly and assembly difficulties.According to these problems,the improvement and research process of special tools were brought out,so that the work efficiency was enhanced and economy benefit was increased. |
