| 摘 要： | 应用最为普遍的工程软件Pro/E与直齿圆柱齿轮设计相结合,对直齿圆柱齿轮模型的建立、重要尺寸的参数化设计、齿轮的装配仿真等方面进行了研究,并对运动件是否有干涉以及如何消除干涉进行分析。应用Pro/E在很大程度上提高了齿轮的设计开发效率,缩短设计周期,减少废品、次品的产生。

| Abstract: | Combines the mostly widely applied engineering software Pro/E with the design of the spur cylinder gear.The establishment of the model of spur cylinder gear,the parametric design of important sizes,the assembly,imitation of gear and so on is studied.Besides,analyze the interference among parts and how to resolve them.Applying the technique of Pro/E on the gear can improve the develop efficiency to a great exten,shorten the design cycle,reduce the production of the wasted and substandard products. |
