尿中苯丙酮酸的GC／MS定量测定方法

采用患儿自身尿，人为地加入一定量的苯丙酮酸做为辅助标样，和标样及患儿尿一起在完全相同的条件下进行化学衍生化处理后，作GC／MS定量分析，通过计算可求得患儿尿中的苯丙酮酸含量，此法克服了苯丙酮酸在尿中和在标准有机酸混合物中由于衍生化结果不同而给定量带来的困难，成功地解决了尿中苯丙胡酸的定量测定方法问题。

The Quantitative Analysis of Phynyl-pyruvic Acid in Urine by GC/MS

Aftet treating by chemical derivation under complete same condition, child patients'urine,auxiliagry sample coming from child patients themself and added certain amount phenyl-pyruvic were measured quantitatively by GC/MS. Through this way, quantity of phenyl-pyruvic in child patient's urine could be evaluated. This method overcame the difficulty in determining amount due to difference derivative result of pyenyl-pyruvic in child patients'urine and in standard organic aicd mixture, and also successfully solves the problem of quantitative measurement of pyenyl-pyruvic in urine.
