摘    要:利用自行开发的包含罗伯 伊万斯、别洛康半经验半理论传热模型及MonteCarlo方法的复杂工艺校核软件 ,考察了不同管外传热模型对管内停留时间、炉出口热转化率和边界底层温度等工艺参数的影响 ,提出了对设计工况下关键工艺参数的极限变化区间进行判断的设计思路 ,得出了不同传热模型计算误差不影响对焦化炉操作与设计工况判断的结论

Abstract:By the use of complicated process checking software developed by ourselves and included the half experience and half theory heat transfer model of Robe Evans,Belocan,and the Monte Carlo method,the influence of different tube outside heat transfer model on process parameters of stay time in tube,heat conversion rate of furnace outlet,and boundary bottom bed temperature are investigated.The design thought to determine the limit change region of key process parameters under design condition is proposed.The conclusion is reached that the calculating error of different heat transfer model does not affect the furnace operation and design condition.
