| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of Mianning rare earth ore, technological conditions and pricinples of extracting cerium from the ore using oxidizing roasting chemical method were studied.The results show that using ammonium bicarbonate instead of oxalic acid,high purity cerium oxide product containing CeO 2 of 99% could be obtained. |
