湘钢2#高炉结瘤的原因及处理

摘    要:舷在2#~9#风口之间,炉墙粘结的高度达5~6 m,最宽厚度达2~3 m,圆周方向形状极不规则.高炉结瘤对生产造成了严重威胁,各项指标大幅下降.经炸瘤并改善高炉操作使炉瘤消除,炉况得以迅速恢复.通过对高炉结瘤原因的分析,提出了预防结瘤的措施:从改善原燃料质量入手,切实抓好"精料"工作;同时在生产中采用合理的操作制度,避免炉温的大起大落.

Abstract:The scaffolding was found through lowering of charge level for 2~# BF at Xiang Tan iron and steel company in september,2004,which was lied in the middle and below furnace stack between 2~# and 9~# tuyere.,presenting ring and abnormity,the binding height of furnace wall reached 5-6m,the thickness of max breadth got to 2-3m .The serious danger was existed on production and the various index was descended duing to BF scaffolding.Many means were adopted to keep furnace condition through explosive scaffolding and improving the BF operation.In this article, through analyzing the reason of furnace scaffolding ,a lot of measures were considered to prevent scaffolding by raising the raw material quality,executing beneficiated material and using reasonable operation to maintain furnace temperature.
