高粘度丙烯酸酯共聚乳液的合成

摘    要:讨论了软硬单体的种类及配比、乳化剂的用量及极性官能团单体的种类、用量对丙烯酸乳液胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明 :软硬单体以 1∶ 1~ 0 .8的配比、加入 2 %的乳化剂和 4%的极性官能团单体 ,可获得机械性能优良、储存稳定、粘度为 2 1Pa· s~ 2 8Pa· s(2 5℃ )的丙烯酸乳液粘合剂

Abstract:This paper studied the influence of the ratio of monomer, levels of emulsifier and the amount of functional monomer on polyacrylate emulsion. The results show when the ratio of monomer being 1∶1~0.8,adding 2% of emulsifer and 4% of functional monomer ,the mechanical properties of polyacrylate emulsion and storage stability were good,the viscosity of emulsion was(21~28) Pa·s(25 ℃).
