| 摘 要： | 研究了风景名胜区的开发建设，阐述了风景区开发时序的概念及规划建设的内容，指出风景区的开发建设要坚持保护第一、开发建设第二的原则，并且要重视开发时序的建设，以使风景区以最好的面貌展现在世人面前。

| Abstract: | The development and construction of scenic spots was studied, the concept of scenic spots development time sequence and planning construction contents were illustrated. It pointed out that scenic spots development and construction should stick to the principle of protecting first and developing and construction second, attach importance to development time sequence so as to make scenic spots disphy best feature to people. |
