| 摘 要： | 在阐述仿真培训的意义和发展历史之后，从变电站仿真培训系统的模式、所选择模拟的变电站和系统、仿真培训的主要内容和功能这3个方面进行综述，并对今后系统的发展方向和需要完善的内容提出看法，认为应在智能培训、多媒体、系统建模、新技术运用以及加强反馈等方面做进一步的工作。
