摘    要:油田原油开采过程中,井下流体的持水率是原油开采的一个重要评价参数。针对中国油田油井高含水的实际情况,采用了基于流体电阻的持水率检测方案,选用探针式电阻传感器,设计基于双极性脉冲法的流体电阻检测电路,提出基于单位时间内实测流体电阻二值化样本统计估计持水率的计算方法。实验结果表明,该方案传感器尺寸小,易于阵列化,检测电路简单,估计出的持水率在高含水段(≥50%)有良好的分辨率,当矿化度存在时可以通过调整电阻二值化阈值校正其影响。

Abstract:In crude oil extraction process,the water holdup of fluid in well is an important evaluation parameter.For the practical situation of high water content in Chinese oilfields,one scheme of water holdup detection based on fluid resistance is adopted and the probe resistance sensor is used. The fluid resistance detection circuit with bipolar pulse signal exciting is designed,and the method of estimating water holdup is proposed according to statistics of the resistance binary samples in unit time.T he experimental result show s the above sensor is small in size,easy for array measurement and has simple detection circuit.It has good resolution w hen water holdup is above 50% and the effect of salinity could be corrected by adjusting the resistance threshold.
