基于射频技术的车桥总成过程管理系统工位终端设计

摘    要:介绍了车桥总成过程管理系统的结构组成与功能,详细分析了基于nRF2401的车桥总成过程管理系统工位终端的硬件组成、工作原理及其通讯协议,讨论了nRF2401芯片初始配置以及射频数据收发程序的设计方法,有效解决了车桥总成配置生产流水线敷设传输线困难的问题,成功实现了数据实时与远程的传输。

Abstract:It's introduced that the structure and functions of the system collecting messages about the operating process of the vehicle-bridge assembly pipelining. The hardware, principle and the communication protocol of the terminal which is based on radio transceiver chip nRF2401 in this system, is analyzed in detail. The initialization of nRF2401 and the data-transfer program are also discussed. The problem that the transmission lines are difficult to be laid in the vehicle-bridge assembly pipelining is effective...
