摘    要:采用镜像分析和热重分析方法对五种湿法烟气脱硫产物的物理结构和化学成分进行了实验研究,分析结果表明,脱硫产物中石膏含量较高,中间产物含量偏高,改进氧化系统增强氧化效果可得到满足工业和民用的石膏。采用热重分析方法可以方便快捷地对脱硫产物的主要化学成分进行分析,为石膏产物的分析方法提供一个新的途径和技术。

Abstract:In the paper,the image method and thermogravity analysis were applied in analyzing the physics construction and chemical components of the desulphurization productions.The analyzing result showed that the gypsum concentration was high,the mean process production in the residuals was also high because of the sulfite oxidation in slurry tank was not enough.Improving the oxidation system in the tank the desulphurization productions could meet the industry and civilian need.The method can rapidly and convenient...
