制酸烧渣综合回收铜钴实验

摘    要:利用沸腾焙烧得到的硫铁矿制酸烧渣为原料,进行了酸浸、铜萃取、除铁、沉钴、尾渣氰化等综合回收铜钴实验研究。实验结果表明,采用沸腾焙烧—酸浸—萃取—除铁沉钴工艺可得到合格的铁精粉;酸浸铜浸出率为70.08%,钴浸出率为60.07%;铜萃取率93.6%,反萃率93.8%;萃余液除铁率大于99.9%,沉钴率大于98.9%。

Abstract:The comprehensive recovery of copper and cobalt were carried out on the pyrite slag obtained by means of fluidized roasting,such as acid leaching,copper extraction,deironing,cobalt deposition and tailings cyaniding.The test result indicates that the qualified iron concentrate powders can be obtained by adopting the fluidized roasting,acid leaching,extraction,deironing and cobalt deposition process,and the acid leaching rate is 70.08% for copper and 60.07% for cobalt;copper extraction rate is 93.6%,and back extraction rate is 93.8%;the deironing rate of raffinate >99.9%,and cobalt deposition rate >98.9%.
