一种基于图像区域特征分类的数字水印算法

数字水印是一种新型的数字媒体版权保护技术，提出了一种基于图像区域特性分类的数字水印算法，它利用图像区域特征分类结果对水印的嵌入强度进行自适应调制，从而在确保水印不可见性的同时有效地增强了水印的强度。实验表明，该算法对JPEG压缩，亮度改变，对比度改变，Gamma校正，直方图均衡，剪切等具有较强的鲁棒性。

A Digital Watermarking Algorithm Based on Classification of Image Features

Digital watermarking is a new method for copyright protection of multimedia in a networked environment. A new watermarking algorithm for still image based on classification of image features is presented in this paper. The strength of watermark is a constant in most of the current image watermarking schemes. In this paper, the strength of the watermark which is embedded in the block DCT coefficients of the image varies with the texture, edge and luminance feature of the image adaptively. Therefore, it can ensure the invisibility and enhance the strength of the watermark simultaneously. By exploiting the statistical properties of the watermark, the watermark can be detected reliably. Experimental results demonstrate that the watermark is robust to several processings such as JPEG compression, luminance altering, contrast altering, Gamma rectification, histogram balance, crop, etc.
