一种新型模数/数模转换器的设计

摘    要:本文提出了一种基于FPGA/CPLD的模数/数模转换器的新型结构及设计方法。该结构能够兼容多种模数/数模转换方法,有效解决了现有模数/数模转换器数字化方法单一、自由度小等缺点。该模数/数模转换器使用高精度模数转换器芯片输出的高精度数字信号来近似代替模拟信号数字化的采样过程,在几乎没有信息损失的情况下,输出的数字信号更易于下一步基于FPGA/CPLD芯片进行数字信号处理从而实现多种量化、编码算法,完成无限多种模数/数模转换。此设计将传统的模数转换器进一步推向了数字化。实验结果表明,该新型模数/数模转换器是可实现的。

Abstract:A new structure of ADC/DAC is presented, based on the combination of the high-precise ADC and FPGA/CPLD. The key merit for this structure is to implement multiple analog-to-digital technologies of different kinds. The generalized converter contains a kind of high-precise ADC which outputs high-precise digital signals instead of the original analog signals, and in the case of maintaining the signal fidelity, the output digital signals are better fit for DSP to achieve the goal. The simulation results and hardware implementation prove its feasibility of this ADC/DAC.
