| 摘 要： | 介绍了在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５与ＮＴ下开发Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ面向对象的通信构件设计方法，提供了关键部分源程序，使得用Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ开发有关串行通信监控软件变得十分方便，由此得出不断扩展和丰富Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ构件以增强开发能力的方法。
