| 摘 要： | 通过测试幼兔血红蛋白(Hb)含量、血清谷草转氨酶(SGOT)、谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)活性和血浆、肝脏、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。旨在研究姜黄素对幼兔血浆、肝组织自由基代谢的影响。结果表明姜黄素能显著提高运动幼兔血浆、肝脏抗自由基氧化的功能,对自由基引发的机体损伤有明显的保护作用。

| Abstract: | The content of Hb,activation of SGOT,SGPT,GSH-PY,CATand MDA in blood plasma andliver of young rabbits were tested.The aim was to study the effect of Curcumin on the free radicals' metabolism inthe blood plasma and the liver organization of young rabbits.The results show that Curcumin can remarkably in-crease the anti-free radicals' oxidizing function of the moving young rabbits,and can obviously protect the bloodplasma and the liver organization from the free radicals' harm. |
