形状记忆合金的动力响应特性及振动控制

摘    要:通过对形状记忆合金(SMA)材料基本性能的试验研究,提出了SMA的相变伪弹性恢复力模型,并以此为基础研究了SMA减振控制系统的动力响应问题.模拟结果表明这种减振控制装置对较强烈的振动有更好的抑制作用,并且控制其温度即可使系统处于最佳工作状态.

Abstract:Based on the results from the basic properties test of shape memory alloy(SMA)materials,two hysteric models are presented to describe the relation of transformation, pseudoelastic restoring force and deformation of SMA. The dynamic response of the vibration absorbing system of SMA is investigated by means of numeric simulation.Results show that this kind of vibration absorbing system has better restraining effect over more heavily excited vibration than an ordinary linear system.And,by adjusting the temperature,the vibration absorbing system can work in optimum state.
