V形轮廓零件的普通镗刀数控加工

摘    要:数控加工V形轮廓零件时,刀具中心轨迹应偏离工件轮廓一个刀具半径,构成V字形.根据普通镗刀自身特征,在刀具中心轨迹上取若干点,用镗孔方式完成其加工.当刀具在斜面上连续两次下刀时,刀具轮廓间会产生一个残留的凸台,而随着镗削点个数的增加,凸台高度会逐渐减小,直到满足所需技术要求.

Abstract:The trace of the cutter center is one radius of the cutter away to from a V shape when NC machining the V profile parts. According to the characteristic of common boring cutter itself, several points was taken out on the trace of the cutter center, and the machining was finished by means of boring. When the cutter was down twice on the slope plane successively, there is a lug left between the cutter profiles. The height of the lug is reduced gradually smaller and smaller with the increase of boring point until it meets the required technical requirements.
