| Abstract: | In the beginning, the meaning of advanced productivity is expounded, then, based on the analysis on the particularitics of water conservancy work, the requirements to scientific and technological workers in the water conservancy field is probed into, that is, they must overall promote their service quality as the prerequisite, and should take the attitude of being earnest, responsible, realistic and creative as the kernel through the whole course of water conservancy construction to carry out all-round the requirement of representing the development of advanced productivity. |
