催化燃烧技术在水泥生产中的应用研究

摘    要:为了拓宽水泥工业的煤种选取范围,本实验针对水泥生产特点,选择Fe2O3,MnO2,CuO,BaCO3为催化剂,通过煤的燃尽度测量,着火指数、燃尽指数分析,以及挥发分释放特性实验研究等,进行不同煤质粉的催化燃烧研究,讨论不同催化剂和催化剂含量对煤燃烧特性的作用;同时通过水泥熟料的游离钙、矿物组成分析,探讨了催化剂对水泥熟料质量的影响。

Abstract:In order to widen its selective range of coals in cement kiln,Fe 2O 3,MnO 2,CuO,BaCO 3 as the catalyst were selected,and a study on combustion of different kinds of coals was made by analysing burn out degree of coal,ignition index ,burn out index,the coal's volatility of volatimatter and so on.Through these experimental ,both influences of different kinds of catalysts and their content on characteristics of combustion were discussed .The influence of catalyst on the quality of clinker was also discussed by analysis of free calcium and mineral composition in the clincker.
