摘    要:运用CATIA软件建立驱动桥主减速器和差速器齿轮传动系统的三维实体模型,基于ADAMS软件建立了主减速器和差速器齿轮传动的虚拟样机模型.将Hertz接触理论嵌入仿真模型,在齿轮之间施加接触力,实现了齿轮啮合的动态实时仿真.通过在主减速器主动齿轮施加转速驱动,差速器半轴齿轮施加不同的负载转矩,模拟了汽车在转弯工况下驱动桥主减速器和差速器的齿轮传动,得到了主减速器齿轮、差速器齿轮的转速以及啮合力曲线,为深入研究齿轮传动系统动态特性提供了理论参考依据.

Dynamic Simulation Study of Driving Axle Gear Meshing Based on ADAMS

Abstract:Three-dimensional models of drive axle final drive and differential gears meshing transmission are created by CATIA. The driving model and virtual prototype of gear meshing transmission are established based on ADAMS. Based on the Hertz elasticity impact theory, the contact forces between gears are built. The real-time dynamic simulations of gearing mesh are achieved. By imposing speed drive on the driving gear of final drive and different load torque on the half axle gear of differential, the process of gear transmission of final drive and differential is simulated under the turning conditions. The curves of angular speed and mes- hing force on the gears transmission of final drive and differential are obtained, which pro- vides references to research on dynamic characteristics of gear driving device.
