龙门式机床横梁的结构设计研究

摘    要:横梁是龙门式机床主要支承部件,横梁结构的好坏直接影响到机床的使用性能和制造成本,本文对龙门式机庆横梁的板筋结构形式、截面形状、异轨颁布形式作了研究分析,对适用的机庆类型,加工工艺性进行了探讨,用有限分析方法,对不同截面形状的横梁在特定方向的刚度大小进行了分析对比。

Abstract:The cross-rail is one of the main supporting parts of the planer type machines the quality of the cross-rail's structural can been directly affected on the performance of the machines and the cost of machining. In this paper the research is done about the form of rib and section the distributing of guide-way and the discussion is given about the form and the machinability of the cross-rail in the certain machine tools. By using the finite element analysis method the complexion of stiffness about all kinds of forms of the cross-rail guide-way distributing is contrasted.
