弧形结构玻璃和非对称钢化玻璃承载性能研究

摘    要:弧形结构非常有利于玻璃材料性能的发挥。本文通过三点弯曲实验和均布荷载实验研究了弧形玻璃和非对称钢化玻璃的弯曲强度和承受均布荷载的能力,实验结果表明相对于普通玻璃和钢化玻璃,普通弧形玻璃具有较高的弯曲强度,且非对称钢化玻璃强应力面具有较高的承载能力。

The study of the bearing properties of arc-shaped structure glass and asymmetrical tempered glass
Abstract:Arc-shaped structure is very beneficial to display the performance of the glass. The study was designed to explore the bearing strength of arc-shaped glass by three-point bending and load beating capacity of asymmetrical tempered glass by uniform static pressure difference experiments. The results showed that arc-shaped glass has higher bearing strength than plate annealed glass and tempered glass, and the surface with higher stress of asymmetrical tempered glass presented stonger load capacity than common tempered glass.
