| 摘 要： | 本文提出的锥管螺纹挤压丝锥，适用于１６Ｖ２４０ＺＪＢ（Ｃ）型柴油机机体联结管Ｒｃｌ／４锥管螺纹孔的加工。针对锥管螺纹联结性质，设计了两种工艺底孔。实践证明，用锥管螺纹挤压丝锥，采用圆锥底孔，加工柴油机机体联结管Ｒｃｌ／４锥管螺纹孔，攻丝效率高，工件连接强度高，丝锥寿命长。
