钒氮合金在高碳钢WSWRH82B中的应用

摘    要:介绍了钒氮合金在高碳钢盘条W SWRH82B中的应用,钒氮微合金化对W SWRH82B钢组织和性能的影响;根据实验室模拟不同冷却工艺对含钒氮钢组织、性能影响的结果,提出了开发2 000 MPa及其以上超高强度钢绞线用盘条钢中的钒、氮元素的合理加入量;根据含钒氮钢中钒氮化物在冷却过程中的析出行为,分析了析出机制。

Abstract:The application of VN alloy in WSWRH82B high-carbon wire and rod is introduced,the effect of VN Microalloying and different cooling processes in lab on microstructure and properties of WSWRH82B is mainly studied;the reasonable content of V and N elements is gotten for 2 000 MPa grade PC steel strand.Moreover,the precipitates behavior of vanadium and nitrogen is observed during the cooling course,and the mechanism of precipitates is analyzed.
