| 摘 要： | 介绍了２０３０冷轧酸洗机组治理酸雾泄漏的三个阶段，经过综合治理，包括对设备的整修，抽风系统的改造，最终通过增设静电除雾装置，有效地防止了酸雾外溢，改善了风机的工况条件，酸液得到回收，尾气排放达到了标准。着重阐述了在宝钢内部首次使用的静电除雾方法、工作原理及装置构成。

| Abstract: | The three stages for treating acid fog(HCL) leakage of the pickling line for 2030mm cold rolling mill is introduced.The comprehensive treatment,including the equipment repair,the reform of air exhausting system and the installation of electrostaic acid removing device,was carried out to realize the prevention of acid fog overflow effectively,improvement of the fan working condition,recovery of acid liquid,and the achievement of the off gas exhausting standard.This paper puts a stress on the method,working principle and structure of the electrostatic fog removing device. |
